Founder and CEO
Scott Stanton serves as Chief Executive Officer of HCG Software in Portland, Oregon. As CEO, Mr. Stanton oversees all aspects of software design, development, implementation, support, and professional services. Mr. Stanton sits on the Board of Directors where he is responsible for the strategic direction of the Prevision application suite.
Scott has 18 years experience in the design, development, coding, installation, training, and support of highly complex business process management systems involving financial and operational planning, consolidation and reporting, economic modeling and analysis, monitoring key performance indicators and linked organizational strategies. He has worked with over 200 companies worldwide in the healthcare, manufacturing, banking, insurance, and hospitality sectors.
Scott received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nevada-Reno.
Director of Software Development
Erick Cloward serves as Director of Software Development in Portland Oregon where he is responsible for technical strategy and product delivery for the Prevision product suite. Mr. Cloward brings more than 13 years of experience in systems development management in the logistics, finance, and power utility sector. Before becoming Director of Development, Mr. Cloward was a Senior Developer for the Prevision application.
Erick has been working in technology for over 14 years and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Westminster College of Salt Lake City.

Rex Eads leads all revenue-related aspects of the business to include direct sales and partnerships.
Rex brings nearly 20 years of experience to the team with a diverse background that includes not only information technology product development, sales and service, but also experience as a senior manager with P&L responsibility and decision authority over I.T. purchases. This breadth of experience enables him to consider many points of view as they involve adopting new software applications.
Rex earned his engineering degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
